Most of my success can be traced to resume building and certification. Stand out on a piece of paper and someone will hire you. Now, I’m running my own business, and no one cares about my resume. Instead I need to network. Online that means social networking. I’ve never been to interested in those kind of sites, but now I’m jumping in.
